I have a blackberry 8800 cingular brand.. Ive been able to login to sites like yahoo.com, facebook.com, and gmail.. but with Myspace.com there seems to be a problem. I sign in.. and then a message appears saying "you must login to do that"
I typed in the right username and p/w and everything. Can anyone help me out or have the same problems? THANKS!

Download Opera which is a third party software for BB

Why does the 8800's browser suck SO bad? I too cannot log into myspace and had to use opera mini. How come no left and right scrolling? The browser on the Nokia E61 far outclasses this POS.

There is left to right scrolling. You just have it set to fit to the phone's screen/change emulation mode.

Then go back to your E61.

The Blackberry was not meant to be an entertainment toy.

I just got my blackberrry and I got it because its the best tool for productive people thats out there. Myspace.... not so much, most blackberry owners arent worried about being on myspace on the go. But I do have opera mini and it does work on that. Think the BB browser cant handle all the crap code loaded on myspace..

So I used to use Opera, then opera started giving problems where when ever I hit 'REPLY' (in myspace), it would delete that message. It was aggravating. So I tried the regular bberry browser and it was working. Now... bberry browser won't let me reply at all. I can only view messages. SMH.. I am about to try the latest version of opera.

i dont think its a model issue because when i had the 8700G i was unable to go on myspace... i never bothered going to myspace on my bb thats what IM is for
