Default pocketmac issues

Please Login to Remove!

ok, so they finally released the tiger updates... but now when i try to sync my bb to my mac (through USB), pocketmac looks like it's working, but nothing syncs. Nothing that I have updated on my computer will sync to my BB and vice versa. Does anyone else have this problem?

Default Pocketmac not working

I have the same problem and pocketmac tech support has been silent on it for weeks. I have called and emailed, and get nothing back from them. The new 3.11 release does not fix the problem.

yup. I have submitted a trouble ticket and I agree, they are not very helpful. Their so called "knowledge base" and FAQs are also lacking, in a big way. I hope that they are working on this issue because PocketMac is the only choice for Macs.

wow, I have had a COMPLETELY different experience with pocketmac. I emailed them at midnight and had a response by 8am. I also posted a thread at macnn.com about them, and the bad rap that they seem to have gotten and was it true, the owner of one of their CS (don't remember which) posted in my thread and was so helpful. I am sorry you have had this experience, did you email the [email address] address?

I just noticed that they have released pocketmac 3.12 for Tiger that will fix the sync issue. Hopefully it works. I will try email next time instead of issueing a trouble ticket.
