I am downloading that OS version now and will post an .alx in the sticky with all the .alx's.

In the meantime you can edit your own Blackberry.alx by following the instructions in this thread:

That depends on what you want to do. If you simply want to add the themes then download the OS that is already installed on your BB. If that is 4.2.2.75 then download that OS. If you want to update your OS to the newer version they have posted then download that one, replace the Blackberry.alx and update the BB.

it seems to be taking forever to update the bb....i edited the .alx now running the uploader, I didnt know what to update or not (check boxes) so I just used the default which may be the hold up - its probably doing a full install.....but its taken about 15mins so far, is this normal? the progress bar is moving.

'waiting for device initialization' is taking up the bulk of the time.

The process takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Give it time. You may see an hourglass on the device for up to 20 minutes. It's normal, just let it go don't unplug it.

Quick question - can I still unlock themes (by following the instructions on the above link) if I'm running BES from my company? I'm assuming that when downloaded, the OS works on my PC solely to unlock the themes and doesn't intefere with any other aspect of the BB?
Is that right?

Thanks in advance for the help.
