I can't seem to find the option. I don't want to wait until tomorrow morning to call in and add the BIS plan, as I need to re download some applications before work tomorrow.

BIS comes with the provisioning of a BB dataplan. It isn't something that you can add. Now you might be able to go on the ATT wireless site and add a BB dataplan, but I think ATT has to properly set it up and send service books.

It's generally best to call to have a BB data plan provisioned.
