Please Login to Remove!

How can I disable a ringtone when somebody call me.
For exsample: somebody call me and I don`t wont to take this call and I wont to shotdown a ringtone?

Then is whitout a rington only a second and then a sound a ringtone...

How do you have your tones set up as? Vibrate then tone? Or just tone? I have mine set up as just tone on high and it silences ok for me..

I don't know if I can help you then... Maybe it's the length of the ringtone and it starts over if it hasn't gone to voicemail before the end so it'll start up with the sound again?

Also the mute key on top of the phone that puts the phone into stand-by might be a worthy shot too...

Other than that..I'm all out of ideas..

I was just playing around with my ringtones..and with my OS it seems that the mute button on top or the volume ones mute the tone for the duration of the ringing.

what OS are you using?

With the older OS ( i dont remember which version), you need to roll your trackball to silent it.

Else, with the newer OS, use the mute button on the top of the phone.

Correct. This problem was fixed in later OS's.

Press it twice sometimes if it does not work the first time?? Thats just an idea, doesnt hurt to try.
