Crupp, where/section would be appropriate? Your post doesn't say what model the OS update is for, and site link is the generic link.

Do you have the Rogers OS installed? Tmo-Germany is an older release. The Rogers is still the most up-to-date.

If you have the Rogers OS installed, your phone won't recognize this one.

TMobile German Platform: 2.4.035
Rogers Platform: 2.4.0.42

As Pizzle said, Rogers is newer.

That's true, however, for some reason the DM is sensing that the Rogers is newer. I'm sure that if you uninstalled the Rogers version, deleted the vendor.xml and connected it, it would load. If the Rogers version is already loaded on the device and you attempt to load this version it will likely say "downgrade." I don't have a device to test so someone who wants to try it out can post back.

... I think it has been mentioned many many times, but with the proper software installed the 8300 works flawlessly on t-mobile on both BIS and BES for web browsing and everything else.

Right now the o2 software works best. Hopefully someone else will be able to test this new OS over the weekend.
