Hi guys, a little confused about this issue.

I'm getting partial reconciliation of a user's personal contacts - names will appear, sometimes some of the coordinates as well, but most of the ~400 contacts are incomplete and will not reconcile. The business contacts have all synced up fine.

User is on a 7250 (4.1.0.377), and wireless reconciliation is enabled thru a BES 4.1.2.20 server.

We have tried to turn on/off the various PIM settings, forced service book and IT policy refreshes, even wiped the device and synced it again to no avail.

Users do not sync up to the desktops at all.

Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this?

Aright guys mabe we wernt clear enough on the problem description ...

We are running Black Berry Server up to date on our Exchange Server for syncronisation.

Our BlackBerry 7250 is Enterprise Activated

We are syncronizing all email, calendar, task etc ... whitout any problem.

When we syncronize the contact, like 300+ , some of the information that is store on the exchange server is not syncronized properly.

Ex : M.Joe Jones got a phone number at home, work and cell phone plus an email adresse

The only information we are goiing to have is the email adresse whit a phone number, sometime it could be no email and no phone just the contact name etc...
