The unlocked curve berry is my firsttime in my entirely lifetime! I am T-Mobile Customer, I did unlock the curve for T-Mo after I received adam's unlock code from email for curve. but I don't receive email access thru tmobile and there isn't internet browser on at&t curve?

I can't remember if I read it here or somewhere else, but there are others who are having trouble using the Curve on T-Mobile because it doesn't support service books, etc. for the Curve yet (this was all hypothesized I think, but it makes sense).

Ditto - no (separate) browser for me either on the t-mobile network. What I've been doing is using the t-zones icon which appears to launch a (the?) browser (I think it's the same one?) and then I can navigate to other addresses from there using menu > Go To

Make sure you "register" the device through Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Tables. After doing that may have been when I got the t-zones icon... I can't quite remember when it showed up.

To get email working I just logged in to the t-mobile site and sent those service books.

Starting in v4.2 there is not a separate browser -- if you're on BES only one browser appears

Also don't forget you have to register the BB with Tmobile and have the service books sent. Naturally this requires a T-Mobile Blackberry Data Plan as well.

Ditto--no BlackBerry Data Plan =no internet, no email, no browser.

Please do not double post your question.

RIM needs to etch/carve the words "MUST HAVE DATA PLAN" on the back of every device they sell.

On my AT&T unlocked on the t-mobile network I use BIS and only have one browser icon (t-zones) - so it is not only BES that uses one icon. To browse, I launch t-zones and then navigate away from there; or use opera mini depending on what I plan on viewing.

I don't even have T-Zones! I'm using BIS, as well.

I did a number of things to try to resolve this....

1. Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Register
2. Sent service books from the t-mobile website for my e-mail config
3. Battery Pull

After doing those I had t-zones and all my email access.
