BES v4.1.2 w/ GW Client v6.5.4 and GW7 server. User is getting a partial synch of her address book, meaning her GW client shows a ton more appointments than what is being shown on her BB 7130e (Sprint). All synching is done wirelessly and the email and address book are working fine. I've tried turning "wireless synch" off, wait a while, then turn back on but that doesn't trigger any different results. Any ideas?

I think you meant calendar, right? I too have this issue. If I put in an appointment for myself, it may or may not show up. But if my secretary does it, it never shows up, although it is on my groupwise calendar.

I am interested in the solution to this too.

Hi,

I am the IT administrator for my school and we are having similar problems with entries entered into Blackberries and it is not syncing with BES. We are using a whole range of Blackberries (7100's, 7600's and 8800's). BES v4.1.13.16 and GW6.5 API. If anyone has a solution or any tips, I would appreciate it too. Thanks.

Hello there,

I opened a case with Blackberry, sent them my logs, and they say that they are working on the fix for it, and it will be out in the next sp or release.
