Sounds fishy to me. Are you sure you didn't find it and are trying to use it, rather than trying to give it back?

I agree with the guy above me. Shouldnt jump to conclusions but it ask you to verify your password so it'd be hard to make a mistake twice in a row.

yeah I know that sounds weird but I still with the problem well I think there's no way so I will return to the store so hopefully they know how to do it

There is nothing you can do. If you enter the wrong password 10 times it wipes the data from the device.

got the same problem, my mate was playing my bb and all the data is erased.
probably system flash will help but where can i download it from???
