Default Trouble Getting Contacts to Sync

Please Login to Remove!

I activated my 8703 a couple of days ago and am getting my Outlook mail and calendar through the device. But I'm not getting my contacts from Outlook in my BB address book. If I add a contact on the BB, it adds it to my Outlook contacts, but I'm not getting anything from Outlook contacts onto the BB. Any suggestions?

Do you sync via USB or are you on BES?

Do you have the desktop sftwr. If so connect your BB and computer, when it is connected go into sync then sync now this should kick it off, or force it out to your BB.
Hope this Helps

Default Check server PIM sync setting

It should be set to bi-directional. In your case, it is probably set to "one way" device to server.

Have you talk to your bes admin yet for help?
Or rebooted your bb?

Where do I make the change to "bi-directional?" Is that on the device or the server?

Yea, I talked to the admin. He's stumped.
