What are my options in getting another pearl to replace the one I have? I try to take care of my pearl as much as I could, though I'm not sure If it'll last til the end of my contract with tmo.

Any ideas? TIA.

You must be really rough with it. Next time, get a screen protector and get a skin case from Blackberry or from Seido (I hope I spell it right) Do a search for it to get more information.

I am pretty rough on my cell phone and the screen protector and the skin case helps protect it.

When you do that, when you want to sell it, people will pay more money for it on Ebay.

I guess I should get a case for it. And sadly no I don't have insurance for it.

The phone just has slight scuffing since I dropped it on the ground once.

Kept clean and everything otherwise.

I always recommend skins, case, and screen protectors. You don't decrease the likelihood of something happening, just that if something does, you are "protected." I had the insurance with TMO and VZW, didn't get it with the 8100.
