Default Strange issues with synchronization

Please Login to Remove!

So last week i thought all was well. This week, one of the BB Pearl users says that all of his e-mail from the BB inbox was gone. Another said he deletes from Outlook and it doesn't delete from the BB Pearl.

Now another user moves things from Outlook inbox to other folders. They stay on the BB Pearl Inbox. I set his folders to synchronize ALL on the BES.

On the other hand, I have a BB 8700 and don't see any issues??

Anyone heard of this or was I just celebrating too much over the weekend??

Thanks!

Default Update on previous message

This stuff seems to be related to Outlook Cache mode. I wasn't using cache mode on my desktop and the B sync was fine. The other guys are using cache mode.

I set my Outlook to cache mode and I'm seeing strange issues and delays in sync.

Not sure what to do. The execs use cache mode on the laptops

Take a look at the General Options -> Hide Filed Messages and Email Reconciliation -> Delete On settings on the Pearl.

I have not found cached exchange mode to be a problem unless someone else has access to the mailbox (i.e. a secretary) and is using cached exchange mode for the shared mailbox. Then it can get a bit hairy. too may cooks in the kitchen.
