At about 3 or 4pm Eastern Time today my Nextel BB 7520 just fell of the network. Tried; master rest, pull the batter, power on and off the unit nothing. Then spent 2 hours of my life on hold with Nextel and never got anyone. So no phone, email, web ect. all I got is a pda right now. Just wondering if this happend to anyone else today. If I don't get this resolved tomorrow see ya Nextel. Not sure where I will go.

That happened to my 7520 in Dec. Luckily, I'm a business account, so I got to talk to someone. But they determined that the radio was broken. They wanted $35 to replace a BB that was still under warranty so I switched to t-mobile.

When the master reset didn't work, they had me wipe and reload OS. You can try that, but I wasn't able to get the OS back on because it wants to turn the radio on during load and it fails, so mine was toasted. I had to use an old 7510 until my 8700 came. Good luck
