Hey guys - I searched high and low for this one but no luck.

I already have BBReply and it does the job of changing the 'Reply To' address for me but what it doesn't do is change the name of the sent from address which is my (name@nextel.blackberry.net) blackberry address. Is there a way to prevent it from showing the blackberry address and only show the actual email account (e.g. - ) that I want it to show?

Not sure about BBreply..never used myself.. however

provided you only want 'one sent from' address to apply then log into the web interface for the BIS service on nextel, and go to "options", "reply-too address". Set this to and away you go..

might run into the odd issue with receivers with SPF turned on but should be good for most people.

Thanks for the quick response but I need to use more than one 'sent from' address.

You should check out BBReply its pretty cool - it does solve my problem but it still shows the sent from address as the blackberry account.

BIS 2.0 gives you multiple sent from addresses (one for each integrated account) but you're restricted to using the from address of the account you're replying with and you can't specify the address either. I'm not sure if there's a third party app that will allow you to select the from address or not...

There isn't. You'd have to set up everything in your BIS. OP, Who's your carrier and location? If you're BIS 2.0 or higher, you won't need BBReply anymore.
