Default Vaja Cases Order Problems

Please Login to Remove!

I recently decided to purchase a Vaja case for my 8700. 20 days later after my credit card was charge by Vaja, and after repeated emails, I have still not heard anything about the status of my order.

Does anyone have the telephone number for Vaja? I know that they're in Argentina, but do they have a US number?

I hope I didn't get swindled outta 77.00....

I have bought numerous cases over the years from Vaja and have always found them to be very reputable. Did you get an order confirmation email from them after you placed your order? If so I would guess your case will be coming fairly soon. 3 to 4 weeks is about the average I have waited for cases from them.

After many emails and supposed dates for shipping, I still have no case in on my blackberry. Does anyone have have a telephone number that I can call? I have a feeling that Vaja has just schemed me out of my money.

I have bought lots of stuff from vaja and never had a problem. Your email is probably caught in their spam filter. Have an acquatance send them an email from a difrerent domain.

I received an email today from Vaja, and it turns out that they hadn't even begun production on my case yet. It has been nearly a month. So I asked for a full refund.

This has left a bad taste in my mouth for Vaja.

At the height of some models popularity, as well as high-volume holidays, Vaja may run behind on their production schedule.

I've always had delivery on-schedule until this past xmas when a case (ordered as a gift) was about 3 weeks late. I had emailed Vaja a couple weeks prior to the holiday and they advised me that delivery was delayed beyond the holiday, so at least I was prepared. When I received the gift case, Vaja had included a $50 giftcard for subsequent purchases. A very responsible action when I had not even made any complaint to them.

They are one of the best production companies out there, but communication may need to be instigated by the consumer in order to be fully informed.

I have purchase five Vaja cases over the past three years for various devices. It sometimes takes five to six weeks to get the delivered product and in all cases the quality of the case was worth the wait. Vaja is the best case out there.

Wirelessly posted (BLACKBERRY 8703e (ALLTEL): BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/106)

Vaja is the sexiest case. As well.

Vaja cases, is it worth the price and the wait. I would like to order one for my Pearl and another for my Moto Q, but I never have seen one in person.

That's a personal judgment call. I'd say yes. Their cases are all excellent products. They are, however, pricey and slow as they custom build each case.
