I got the service pack installed on the server just fine but now I'm trying to install the BB Manager on a new computer. I installed BB Manager 4.1.0 just fine but now I'm trying to apply the service pack and I get, "You must sign using the same account that you used for the installation stage of the setup program." Well, I am using the same account if by account they mean the account that is used to log onto the computer. Any ideas?

But, I don't understand what it means by "Contact your service provider to obtain the full installer..." Is it saying I should talk to Alltel about downloading this? I didn't originally get it from them.

There are two version of the Service Pack available, a full install and a service pack. The one on the BB site is the upgrade.

You need the same account that you used to install the Manager the first time.

Right, I am using that account. In fact I've tried three different accounts. I've done a complete uninstall (according to the directions in that article anyway) and installed 4.1.0. From that point I was unable to install SP3 nor SP2 but I was able to install SP1. I tried them in that order. If there is a full install that would be great but I can't find it.

Do you have a TSupport contract? you should be able to get the Full installer that way.

I do have TSupport. When I goto Software Downloads for TSupport Services->North America->BES v4.1 for Exchange all I get is the full download for 4.1.0. I haven't used the website that much so maybe it is in another place?

dheida, uninstall your BB Manager 4.1.0 on your new computer. Then use the 4.1 sp3 installer and install. Should resolve your issue.

I've tried to run just the SP3 installer but from what it sounds like I need the entire download of 4.1 w/SP3. That is the current problem, I can't find such a download. On the TSupport website all I can download is 4.1.0.
