Is PIN to PIN messaging tracked or logged in any way on my carrier's server (TMO)? I do not have BES. How does this work?

PIN messages count as part of your DATA package. You cannot send a PIN message unless you have either BIS or BES. The PIN message is not tracked on BIS, but it can be tracked via BES.
