Default Email reconciliation gone

Please Login to Remove!

I am having a problem with my BWC email. I had the handheld set to delete and to "win". But my emails were not being deleted on the website. I verified on the web that this option was selected.

When I went to verify my settings on the handheld, I went to the messages app. On the menu, I have no reconcile option at all! I then went into Options and chose email reconciliation. I got a blank screen rather than the settings.

I have removed the battery and also set the servicebook from the website.

Any other thoughts?

TMO support suggested reloading the handheld with 4.0 (that is what I got it with already).

Did this, deleting all apps and data just to be sure. Still no reconcile options.

I have the same issue, and I have reloaded the OS (twice).

Hmmm ... wonder if it's them I think I will stick to reloading once. I think I shall call this the blackberry curse. I just love this phone, but in the weeks I've had it I have had a phone service outage, a Callertunes outage and now this. It must be the ghost of my Motorola phone.

Exclamation How to get the Email Reconciliation options/command back

I was having this same problem and searched through the forums for the answer, but I didn't find it.

The solution I found was to login into the webclient. For T-Mobile this is https://webclient.blackberry.net/Web...w.jsp?site=tmo

Once on that page I clicked on the profile button.
Then I clicked on the "Send Service Book" button under "BlackBerry Web Client Service Book"

A few seconds later I got an activation message, and I now had the email reconciliation options and command.

Now I'm busy trying to get the darn thing to actually reconcile. :(
