I'm trying to do call forward and the instruction says, I need to go to menu then options and I should see "call forward". However, I don't see that on my t-mobile Pearl. Does this mean I can't do call forward? :(

Just figured it out.

Use the *21*Number# then press the send (green button). Check the phone options to ensure that the forwarded number is in there. Then you can switch back to the voicemail number at any time. I've also rebooted my phone and the number that I to forward stayed in the menu.

Just either use #21# send or go to the call forwarding menu and select the voicemail phone number.

I wonder why the Pearl needs different codes than most other cells ?

This is different and to block and unblock for CID is too.
