After I have gotten a few days of email I would like to just delete everything in my inbox. Is there a way to do this besides deleting one email at a time?

Scroll to the top date; push the menu key and select Delete Prior...

And you can select any date you want like anything prior to Oct 29, or 30 for example.

You can also go to the message listing, hold down the "shift" key and scroll through and select all the messages and delete them if you want to do a range of messages.

When I push the menu key I cannot see "Delete Prior" ... I can only see "Delete."

Is it possible that I do not have the latest software?

Make sure you have scrolled onto the day above, sounds like you are scrolled onto a specific message.
