I updated my 8100 to the 02 update a few days ago and I notice that it no longer keeps proper time. I have to update the time on it every few hours. Any ideas on what would cause this issue?

I haven't updated mine yet but it has been keeping the correct time.

A few hours? That's nothing! Mine is trying to tell me that its November 28!

Make sure your time options network source is setup/on and pointing to Blackberry. This should be all default thought as in my case, the time drift of some seconds.

It should show the device time and also the network time which is polled. Usually there will be a minor drift, i'm talking a minute or 2 or seconds but thats normal.

I just set the options in date/time settings to "NETWORK". Everything works perfectly. Then it syncs to the T-mobile network clokc I assume

Its set to network however its not adjusting the time automatically. At one point the time was 8 minutes off network time. I had to do a manual update to fix it.

Set it blackberry instead of network and see, mine was by default and I'm running the O2 os.
