Is it just me or can you not send or recieve picture messages? Not a big deal but that kind of sucks.

Sure you can. I don't think you can receive movies but pics are supported in multiple formats.

Mine works fine. Make sure you "send mms" and not "send sms".

hmmm.. I have t-mobile, and I am definately not receiving them. My buddy sent one twice to me and I never got it(i know that other people he sent the same message to got theirs so it is not his phone, its mine.) I'm sorry this might be a newbie/stupid question, but how do i send one? On my razr, I just went to the picture then hit the menu key and "send in message" or whatever. Apparently it is not the same on my Pearl.

Send one to yourself three times; this will activate your MMS on TMO.

send an MMS to your phone 3 times.

Specifically what are you doing? Maybe its just how your doing it. What kind of file are you trying to send?

Ok, I am going to messages on the main screen... then i hit the menu key and scroll down to send an sms. There is no option to send mms, only e-mail, PIN, place call, and blackberry messenger.

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books. Do you see a service book named MMS Config [WAP]. If not, that probably explains why you can't send MMS. Try going to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Register Now.

under service book, there is "*No Entries*"

Went to host routing table and pressed register now. It says registration message sent and nothing else happens.

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? Sounds like you only have a cellular plan. You should be able to send SMS/MMS with just a cellular plan but your device is not provisioned. Call your cellular carrier.
