I have heard so many conflicting things from sales reps (Some say it does and others say it doesn't) and I have also read conflicting issues on the web. I would try this myself if I had a pair of Bluetooth headphones but I don't and debating on buying a pair or not.

Does the Pearl have A2DP or not?

No, it does not. I've tried with two pairs of BT Stereo Headphones now. Phone calls come through in both ears, but music just does not work.

That's because T-mobile have a special promotion for employees. If they sell so many 8100, they will get a 8100 for themselves for free.

Yea, that's what the sales person told me when I got mine. He said he had sold some earlier, and if he sold some more, he would get one for free. And he was telling be about the A2DP, but I wasn't biting on that.
