Since this is my first blackberry, I'm still trying to figure out some simple things. Does anyone know how I can switch to the Quiet profile instead of the Vibrate profile when holding down the # key? I could edit my Vibrate profile to imitate the Quiet one, but the naming would probably confuse me...

That is a hard coded shortcut and there is no option to modify it.

Ouch! Do you know if there is any way to get into the files for these settings? I had a Treo before this and was able to modify specific files to make it work like I wanted it to. Thanks.

I think you will find the Blackberry a "little" harder to get into to change the way it works.

I've tried searching for some info on how to get into these "hidden settings" but I'm not having much luck. Do you know of a good starting point?
