I have been having an issue with my Blackberry manager recently. When I re-sort the userlist by any of the three IT Policy categories, my BB Manager locks up for 4-6 minutes and the SQL server shows increased processor usage during the "hang time". RIM states that the "slowness" is a known issue with 4.0 and it occurs when the user base is "large". Our environment is 2 servers and about 2600 users.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Essentially, the BlackBerry Manager is a client/server application, connected to SQL server, I guess the sorting function also incorporated refresh to fetch data from SQL server and hence the slowness...
