Using 8700c with BES 4.0 Exchange.

I have 12 BB's all are working but one.

Calendar, tasks, all sync but email will not send or recieve from handheld.

I've looked reactivated the email via advanced options the only thing I haven't tried is wipe handheld.

Does anyone have a clue of what to look for?

Are you saying that it wont receive mail or that it won't copy over the mail that is already in their inbox?

Neither. I've checked for filters, none, but it won't send or recieve email on the handheld, the desktop email is fine. On both handheld and desktop I can add or delete calendar items, tasks, etc.... Just email is not syncing. Wireless sync is on.

I'm stumped.

This is just too bizarre. No email, no text messages, calendar, etc works fine.....

well, your description could mean 2 things?
1. if when you activated you saw older it emails it was from message pre-population. the reason it didnt happen again is because you re-activated a exisiting user.

to have that re-occur for a existing user you must first remove and readd them from the bes. when you ea, message pre-population will occur since there a new user.

2. if the above is true and the user is also unable to send or receive view the message status error when attempting to send, and search the blackberry.com knowledge center... you'll get it fixed in no time.
