Newbie - have searched for a solution.

I'm wondering if there is a way to save attachments to a specific folder on my BB 7290?

I've installed eFile and have sent myself a Gutenberg eBook and would like to file.

I don't think there's a way to do so yet; You will have to copy the file over the USB cable using the eFile synchronization through BlackBerry Desktop.

I think there's probably a BlackBerryOS 4.0 API that would download the attachment, that would probably require a new version of eFile.

On my desktop manager, I only have three choices,
Application Loader, Backup and Restore and Intellisync

How do I copy a file across the USB cable to my BB?
eFile shows:
Local
Network
Network does not connect to my PC.

PS - I hate being a newbie, so much to learn when you want to be productive with such a complex piece of equipment.
