Unhappy 7100g Phone Log has disappeared

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that on his phone screen all of his previously dialed, or received phone numbers have disappeared. It now says No Calls.

Does anyone know of an issue, or why these were deleted?

It is a 7100g from Cingular on a Lotus Domino BES. The handheld is 4.1, the server is 4.0

Thanks!

could the user have deleted it by accident and didn't realize it.

Talking That is a possibility

I doubt it, but with my users, and a long weekend behind them, anything is possible.

I know how to delete individual entries, how do you delete the whole thing at once?

I've noticed that since I upgraded to 4.1 the phone log disappears from time to time. I haven't figured out any pattern for it yet.

Red face I have the pattern but not the solution

The call log stays until it reconciles. When it reconciles they disappear.

I have checked and double checked every setting I can think of! I just got the unit on my desk for some alone time...I think I'll reboot and then start again.

If anyone has any thoughts....HELP!!

Default Same problem

I just upgrade to 4.1 on my 7100g (cingular), they had me update my sim card right aroudn the same time to the 64k Sim. I can't pin it down to what makes the call log disappear. You are right to say that it erases when you reconcile. I just did one and that made it dissappear. Really not cool. Also aroudn the same time Cingular upgraded me to BIS 2.0. That's where i think the problem may lie.

Thanks if anyone has any info!

Default Think I figured out at least half of what's going on

Hi,

ok, i found a post in another group. Goto phone status and check to see how much room you have free on the phone. I could have sworn i had more room. NOPE big fat ZERO. Deleted some apps and stuff to free up some more room. Should solve the problem. The phone is trying to clear up as much space as possible so that it can still run.
