I have a 7130e from Bell Mobility Canada. My corp email is forwarded to my blackberry.net address because we do not, and will not, have BES. Everything worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago when I was forcibly moved onto a Microsoft Exchange Server. Now all of my Outlook folders including Contacts and Calendar are no longer in Personal Folders but are in the Outlook Mailbox. Ever since that change I am no longer able to get the Desktop Manager/Intellisync to sync my Calendar or Contacts. My corp IT says they cannot help and the answer is to switch to Treo because that is the only device we support. Bell/Blackberry tech support says they can't help.
Any suggestions?
I am facing the exact same problem due to a change over to Exchange server approx. 3 weeks ago. Tried to creat a new MAPI profile but no luck. Intellisync crashes as soon as I try to sync. I am still looking for a solution.
Just an update on my last post. I was able to create new profiles only after deleteting the old ones. Things are back to normal and Intellysinc is working just fine.
