Much like JL_Cmdr, I am looking for an app for the PC that connects to the BB via USB and shows what is currently on the screen. Not like a snapshot, but more like so I can show users on a projector a walk through of something on a BB. I am not sure if I explained this well, but if anyone has any information, please pass it on. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there is one like that. Do a search for bbscreen.....pretty slick.

Unless I found a really old thread and new functionality has been added, BBScreen just gets screenshots as well. As a matter of fact, I suspect that it is using JavaLoader.exe renamed to BBScreen.exe to do it but I'm too lazy to find out for sure.

yes you are right, that is just for screenshots. What I need is something that will run on my PC and show seamlessly what I am currently doing on my Blackberry, so if I am trying to explain to a group how to do a particular task which creating training documentation, they can see the process as I am doing it.

I would look at the BB simulators that you can download from RIM. They are quite versatile and are what I use for demos.

yeah I have them already. What I am running into is trying to show some of the help desk staff what kind of BES calls they may receive from the field, and since these are simulators, they do not have some of the options visible that a BES device would.
