Ha, a co-worker of mine just got her BlackBerry last week, and she insisted she get a pink Bluetooth to go with it. She and I both have H500s now, mine is the standard silver, hers is pink.

same here. bought it based on barjohn's review. i like the fact that the earpiece volums is loud and sometimes i forget that i have it on sometimes because it is light. and pairing is very simple. i would recommend the 510 to anyone. it works very well with my 7100i.

i had a coupon for a local Sprint store that offered buy one accessory and get another one free, so my buddy and i went halves on two 510s. so i paid $39.99 plus tax.

I had the HS820 until i left it in my shirt pocket and my wife washed it. it was ok, but it seemed to flop around on my ear too much. i think if it hugged my ear more i would have been able to hear people better. i am looking for another one right now. my boss has a plantronics 320 and really likes it. i am trying to stay under 50 dollars.

Plantronics V510. Right now Cingular has a rebate on it.

I'm running the Sony Ericsson HBH-610a. Looking to exchange it - not too happy with the way it sounds on either end...

Another vote for the Voyager 510. I've used it with both my old 7520 and now my 8700c. The sound quality is better with the 510 than it is just talking into the BB!

Couldn't agree more. Had mine for several months now. It's down to the mid $40 range on amazon. What a bargain.

i use the HS820. I like it ok. the only trouble i have with it is that it sorta loose on the ear. I would like to get an ear-set that was a bit more snug fitting.

That's a great point - people say they prefer when I talk on my 510 (with 7130e) vs. when I talk directly into the phone. The 510 is a fantastic headset.

I use the Jabra BT800 (with LED) for my 8700C. I recently upgrade the 8700C OS to Bharti, and the Jabra works much better now, louder, clearer and full functionality. I can scroll through the list of recent calls on the Headset itself and then call back without every touching the BB itself. What I'm interested in is the Motorola MiniBlue H5!

I use a Bluespoon VX2 from Netlinks and it works great. fits inside the ear and has a whip that fits in ear, so theres nothing to wrap around outside of ear. stays tight and very, very small. only 10 grams.

I've been using the Plantronics 645, the new one, for a week. Looks like they fixed the background noise problem. THe earpiece volume is great and adjustable through the phone.

Really like my Plantronics "PLT 510 v.G". Excellent volume. Hated the Mot H500, getting old and deaf. Not enough volume driving in open car or in the office.

I just picked up an nxZen 5000 headset... although a little pricy ($179CDN), it works very well with the 7250 - no complaints from me or anyone else yet. This headset also works very nicely as a VoIP headset for my Softclient at work... would probably work well with Skype, and MSN, etc.

I got my first BT headset a few weeks ago - Nextlink Bluespoon AX2. I've been very pleased with it thusfar. It pretty much just rides in the patrol car with me and I can handle citizen complaints, the laptop, the radio, and everything else we do with little to no effort now.

Keep in mind I have zero experience with BT technology other than my AX2:

Sound quality is great, volume is great, and the thing will not come out of my ear unless I rake it across a seatbelt or something harsh. It was very easy to pair and the batter life is awsome for what I need. I'm not on the phone all night every night, but it has lasted through a busy shift when it seemed every dang person in this county either forgot to or brought their children back late after visiting over a weekend - and everyone wants to call and make us aware of that... even though it's a civil matter and outside the scope of anything I can do about it. I digress. For the money, I think I came out on top. I considered the JX10, but when looking at features and price, AX2 won the day.

I have the Motorola H700, bought it from a T-Mobile Corporate store in Orlando. So far so good, sometimes it is kind of staticky using it with my 8700g.
