I've got a 7130e, and have already downloaded the Flexion, Bionetic, and Pixelistic themes over the air but I would like to make adjustments to them via theme builder but can't seem to get the .alx file for these themes off my bb and onto my pc. Any suggestions?

You cannot alter any theme files from the .alx or .cod, you need the original .thm file to do so and on the ones supplied by Plazmic OTA you will never get. On others you might be able to talk to the creator that posted it and see if they are kind enough to supply the right .thm file to do so.
