Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, does the 8700c come with software to sync with your computer, and if so does it come with a USB cable?
Also, when you download an application or themes is this done wirelessly or via the computer?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

It comes with everything you'll need to sync with your computer.

With the proper bluetooth adapter, you can also sync wirelessly! Love this little device!

How do you get the 8700 to sync wirelessly? My laptop 'sees' the 8700 but does not sync. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Many thanks,
Williams

You need the latest Desktop Manager software.

You need a bluetooth adapter that will work with the native XP bluetooth drivers. If it requires the manufacturer's drivers, it wont work. There's a thread in the Bluetooth forum that lists the devices.

You need to see "Desktop Connectivity" and "Wireless Bypass" on the handheld's Options/Bluetooth/Options screen. If you don't see it and are on a BES, it's possible the default IT Policy is disabling them.
