Downloaded and installed the Zen Theme with no problems, love the new look.
My IT dept sent me a new BES activatio password. When I went to activate, the BB got stuck on "activating services" and would go no farther. My browser works fine, but no BES activation....
Anyt ideas?

I did a search for blackberry.alx and vendors.xlm and nada. What's going on here?

You do not have the original handheld OS loaded on your computer.
Download and install it first.

Browser Page Borders
I installed the Bharti OS and everything is great except when I go to the Blackberry Forums Page via the Blackberry Browser, The page does not show the borders as it did before when I had the Use Foreground and Background Colors unchecked under Browser Configuration. Please advise if there is something I'm missing.
Thanks

Yes, that's exactly the point. The OS you download is different from what yours has, otherwise you would not need the download at all.

Woo hoo!
I am really excited about this zen theme. As soon as I get back to Texas and get my hands on my blackberry I shall be giving this upgrade a shot. I think I first need to research the differences between Baharti and Orange so I know what I am doing.

OK. So I have the Zen theme running on a 7100t with TMO US perfectly. The only thing that didnt load was the BB-tiles backgrounds (orange, white). If someone could just post those as jpg or png that would be awesome.
Thanks,
Bluesky

Hmm Download and Install Problem
Hi All,
I have been trying to DL the OS upgrade, and 9 time out of 10 my DL stops wit an error message. I have been able to DL the file once, but the installer crash saying that the setup ini file is corrupt :\
Any idea where I can get another source of DL for this file:
8700M_PBr4.1.0_rel280_PL2.0.0.120_A4.1.0.284_Bhart i.exe
My other question is about the fact that it is my first BB, a 8700c Cingular. Do I really need to do all the steps, and if yes how to go back t a previous version ? does the backup done with desktop amanger is sufficient to restore the previous version of OS.
thanks and congrats for all the great tips and info on the forums.

You must follow the steps PRECISELY for it to work. Print them out and check them off one at a time if you must. They are all essential. Start over, with number 1.
As for the download, it is correct, so there just be something wrong with your system.
