Running BES V3.6 SP2. Since Migration from Office 2000 to Office 2003, all Attachments (Excel, Ppoint etc..) can be opened on BB. Cannot open any Word 2003 attachments. "Unrecognized File Format". Any Ideas?

Have you checked the BES server configuration tool-under "Attachment server tab - Configuration options - Connector configuration"-to ensure the *.doc executable is listed in the "format extensions" section and the checkbox is selected for MS Word docs under "Configuration options - Attachment server" ?
