hi,
i got a new Bold 9900 and i have some problems connecting to internet with applications like google talk, yahoo messenger, maps and all other programs.
i use my home wifi network to connect to internet. my connection is OK, because i can use Browser to surf the net.
when i want to connect to google talk or other messengers, an error appears telling: ! Service not enabled for this handheld.
or when i go to Email Accounts in Setup, there is just a Enterprise Activation and there's no Internet Mail Account setup, once i tried to set the internet mail, i got the error: ! unable to open email setup application.

please let me know if anyone has an idea about the solution

If you have a BlackBerry Data plan, you can simply go to your carrier's BIS site and set up your email account that way. You can also call your carrier and ask them to setup your BIS mail if you want.

The only ones who could explain what services are enabled would be your carrier.

tnx but, problem is this! i don't have any black berry data plan. in fact blackberry is not supported in my country and i am using an unlocked one.
my problem is this: why my google talk or other programs except internet Browser can not access internet?!
i guess it should be smth like JailBreak or sth else for this device!!!

BlackBerry devices require a BlackBerry specific Data Plan. Calling and Browsing should work, there are no jailbreaking options for BlackBerry devices.
