Every where in BB site it says OS7.1 is no available but there is no single site I found where it can be downloaded then why BB annouced on their web page upgrade your OS can some one explain

I believe that T-Mobile has approved 7.1.0.205 for the 9900 It is the same one in the Beta thread of this forum.
