I mean I activated the same user on two different terminals. First he had the problem on a Torch, and then he had the same issue on a 8520.
The problem is that I have another 20 pieces of 8520 in use on the same BES that dont have this problem.'

The problem is exactly there! The icon that flags the fact that there is an attachment does not appear.
