Hello guys... I really need your help!

Recently i have change my email password on my desktop and automatically i cant access email from my blackberry. It asked me to log in the BIS username and password but it says invalid/incorrect username or password. But when i download the application on the application world using the same username and password, there is no problem at all! what should i do? can i reset the BIS account? but how? really tensed with this matter. Appreciate if you guys could help. TQ...

You can call your carrier and they can reset it if you don't remember.
