The menu's full of placeholder text, it's not done. But seeing the menu options finally show, is good news

Still no A2DP that I can see, which is a dissapointment.

If blackberry can get this Email client out i will be a happy camper.. this is the most important piece to me my playbook puzzle.. but really though why cant other developers create their own.. how i wish i paid attention in my programming classes back then.. lots of potential money i would have made.

Other programmers could have. Or RIM could have ported a IMAP/POP client to the PB and given the same kind of service the iPad or Android does. The reason it is taking so long is the email will be supported on the BES/BIS system.

Rim needs to understand there a lot of users that are not using there playbook for BES. at this point most company's already adopted ipad. while targeting the bes clients rim needs to open its doors to individual users or small businesses, that wants to get imap emails..

The major problem with the Playbook has been the marketing. Or should I say lack there of. You watch any prime time TV show and you will see several apple commercials. But never any Blackberry commercials.

I think they went with the field of dreams method of marketing "If you build it they will come"

That only works in the movies. In the real world you need a great marketing campaign. And right now RIM does not have a clue on marketing.

And we have the new OS7 phones. Very solid phones and you do not see any TV commercials about them. All I ever see for either the Playbook or the new phones is web ads on tech sites. Very sad.
