Good day all,

Please my BB curve 8520 suddenly starts to give a white screen. I noticed this some few weeks back after visiting a site,and this now occurs when the battery life is like 50-60%.
After removing d battery and re-booting it still does same thing until the battery is drained but it does not show white screen when d battery is full.The question is;is dis a virus or battery problem and what is the way out?

Not a virus. Try a new OEM battery.

Could also be some sort of physical damage. Have you dropped it or gotten it wet?

Please do not double post or hijack another poster's thread, especially if your problem is not related.

What site did you visit? Did you download any app from that site or just prior?

Did you drop the device or get it wet?

Also, do not let your battery get below 20% on a regular basis as that can damage the battery.
