I switched BB's yesterday and now I cant get into my vm to switch back to my primary greeting (was out of the country and had temp vm set)....if I hold down the 1 key it goes into my sprint vm, where I have no messages. My google vm is on my 9650 but I don't hear any option to go back to primary greeting. Any suggestions?

You need to change the VM number being dialed from the BB. You may also have to set up Google VM with the BB phone number unless it's remained the same.


Overview

To set the automatic dial of the voice mail password on the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:

From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Phone, press the Menu key, click Options, and then select Voice Mail.
Two options are available:

Access Number and Additional Number
Access Number and Password (BlackBerry Device Software 4.2 to 4.7)


In the Access Number field, type the phone number dialed to connect to the voice mail mailbox.
In the Additional Number or Password field, enter the password to access the voice mail mailbox.

If a voice mail access number is not already set on your BlackBerry® device, you can type the access number for a different voice mail system.
1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
2. Press the Menu key.
