hey guys, im currently having a problem with my blackberry bold 9700 not installing themes that i have downloaded from the app world. Once the theme is downloaded, it won't activate and when i go to screen display and look for the themes that i have downloaded, it is not there.. i have a blackberry bold 9700 os 6, if anyone can help me out please let me know.. thanks in advance!

The theme must be designed for your specific model number AND your specific device OS version number.

Do you have the correct device OS version for the themes?

well my i updated my BB to os 6 from os 5 and it's the 9700 so im not really sure what's wrong with it

Well, most likely those themes are not compatible with OS version 6.0. That's likely the issue. You need to find themes that indicate they are compatible.

Other users have reported this issue: it's probably a bug in OS 6.
