Hey there guys, I'm new to this forum. I'm not someone who asks people for help, I only do when I'm really in desperate need of help. :') Which I am atm.

When I try to purchase an app from the Blackberry App World on my Blackberry Bold 9700 it gives me this error:

There is a system error. Please try again later. (Error Id: 589009)

Well guess what, I've be having that error "later" and "later". But I can live with that, maybe it's because I live in the Netherlands and the support here is just crappy. By the way, I'm using PayPal for payments, not a credit card.
But the problem is, when I enter my mothers PayPal info there doesn't seem to be a problem and I was able to buy my apps!

We both use the same bank (different number, but at the same bank), so that can't be the problem. I've check our settings on PayPal.nl and those are the same too!

So can anyone help me out here? I'm really hating this kind of problems! :')

Who is you cell carrier - who provides your cell service?

Are you sure that you have entered your PayPal data correctly? You might need to call PayPal and try to see if they can help resolve the issue.

My guess is that it is an issue with your PayPal account.

T-Mobile NL, but I don't think that's the problem because when I enter my mothers info on my phone I do am able to buy apps.

Yeah I also think the problem lies with PayPal, but I thought maybe some people here know this problem. :+

And yeah, I'm pretty sure I entered the data correctly. I don't think I'd type it wrong for about 10 times. :P And Blackberry App World also says "authorization granted" or something like that when I log in on PayPal.
