Hi- help would be appreciated!

New to BB, I have been trying to log in to WindowsLive but I always get an "invalid email address or password" message.

I can log in to the account on Microsoft Messenger for Mac without any problem.

First, do you have a BlackBerry data plan and is your device connecting to the RIM/BlackBerry network? If so, did you try a hard reset? If not, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Then try again.

Thanks- I have an Orange Blackberry service account which enables e.mail and things like weather services.

Do you have the newest version of windows live messenger? If not, update to the newest.
