Cannot connect to Home WIFI

Hi guys, first time Blackberry user here. Just bought a Blackberry Bold 9000, and trying to get it to surf the Internet via my home WIFI LAN. Unfortunately, I keep getting HTTP 403 error: Forbidden (You are not authorized to view this page. Please try loading a different page). I've tried everything but so far that darn error keeps appearing, rendering any browsing in vain. I've run the WIFI diagnostic tools on the phone, it's able to connect to the WIFI LAN, ping local and external IP addresses work, and DNS resolution is successful.
I've also tried changing the Browser Configuration to Hotspot Browser. Powering on and off the phone also proved futile. I've checked in the Advanced Options -> Service Book and verified that both Wi-Fi TCP/IP Browser [BrowserConfig] and Wi-Fi TCP/IP Transport [WPTCP] and both there. However, when I looked into the Service Record for WPTCP, there's an unknown gateway IP address automatically configured as following:
Gateway IP: //10.11.224.34:19781;19780|GPAK
That doesn't look right to me. Any ideas what's going wrong? The OS is v5.0.0.822. Thing is fresh out of the box and I haven't installed or downloaded any apps yet.
Thanks,
W
