Default Mystery Alert

Please Login to Remove!

Everyday at around 817am and 817pm I get and alert like an calander reminder. Very weird! Checked everything.. calander, tasks, memos. etc. I have nothing set as reminder alert for that time. It happens everyday and is driving me crazy!!! Does anyone else had this experience and or solution?

You didn't mention Alarms - did you check your Clock/Alarm settings? Do you have icon on the top left corner - just to the right of the battery symbol that looks like a clock? If so, you have an alarm set. Good luck.

Not a message alert, or browser push alert?

Also, what DZD meant, I think, was an additional calendar alarm, not the regular alarm.

I am also tapped into google calendar and I have messages pop up when I enter them into the calendar. I am not sure if this helps.

OP - did you figure it out? If not, have you tried a battery pull? The only other thing I can think to try is to turn off your mobile network just before the next time it's scheduled to go off (i.e. 8am or 8pm) - if it goes off - then you know it's an alarm or a calendar entry - if it doesn't it may be tied to a push alert - keep us posted - it's a weird one.

Wow - that's a weird one - you can edit your sound profile to specify Mute for browser notifications. That should ensure you no longer get those.

From what I know this is not uncommon, my present Bold and previous one both did this. I have a thread on my "alerts" Random browser sounds
