i have the version 6 of the blackberry desktop software.
i went to Organizer >> configure settings >> address book >> microsoft outlook express >> one way sync to device >> default shared profile (also tried the main identity) >> not even a second passes and it says its done.
but it hasn't.
there's no contacts on my blackberry!
please help.

Blackberry syncs with Microsoft Outlook only, not with Outlook Express.

If you have a gmail address however, you canync all your contacts and your contact wirelessly. This works only with device featuring OS5 and above, which is the case with your 9300. No need to use the desktop manager.
