Cool Blackberry Accounts get disabled after upgrade 5.0.2

Please Login to Remove!

After upgrading the BES from a 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 new users get disabled automaticly after a certain ammount of time. Not all of them but more over time. With disabling a user I mean as Blackberry user. Their accounts stay on the BES and their State database in Domino. But their mail won't be send to the device.

Did anyone experienced this aswell

As possible workaround we found, delete user, in which caseyou won'd be promited for deleting the State db, and recreate the user.

Yes i experience this problem as well on the exchange side. It took awhile and alot of calls to T Support but they eventually fixed it with a file update. The file in question that I had to replace was the 300baspolicy.sar file. They sent me a new one with a code adjustment in it and it resolved the issue. But it did take couple weeks after I first called in about it before it was escalated high enough and received a resolution.

Cool 300baspolicy.sar

Thanks, We use Domino ourselves. A 300baspolicy.sar file, any explenation with it. What is a Sar file for.

Disabling is just one of quite a view errors we got after upgrading.
Did you experience for instance los of right mouse shortcuts in the BAS.
Screwed up tabs in your BAS using IE but not with Firefox
